Changes in the advisory boards of the MAHA foundations

Mr. Michael Hauke will resign from the advisory board of the “Familienstiftung Familie Rauch“ foundation on 31 December 2020. His successor is Mr. Stefan Krammer of Lucius & Baer GmbH.

Haldenwang, 17 December 2020. The MAHA Group informs that Mr. Michael Hauke, member of the advisory board and foundation board, will resign from his office at his own request on 31 December 2020. "We are extremely grateful to Mr. Hauke for his active contribution at all times during this eventful period," says Andreas Zängerle, Chairman of the advisory board.

Mr. Hauke had served on the advisory board since 12 April 2018. Effective from 1 January 2021 he will be succeeded by Mr. Stefan Krammer, who is a shareholder and Managing Director of Lucius & Baer GmbH based in Geretsried in Germany. Mr. Krammer has been personally connected to the MAHA company for many years through his long-standing friendship with the family of the now deceased MAHA founder Winfried Rauch. Furthermore, as an independent entrepreneur, he is an ideal successor.

There was also a change in the advisory board of the charitable foundation “Familie Rauch-Stiftung“ in July 2020. Mr. Alfons Hörmann handed over his duties as a member of the advisory board to Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hauke, President of the Kempten University of Applied Sciences.
