Environmental management enables us to consistently analyse and improve environmentally relevant aspects in our company. It ensures that we plan our environment-related activities, constantly monitor, regularly evaluate and, if necessary, adjust them. By effectively adapting this system, we aim to constantly improve our environmental performance, conserve natural resources, save environmental costs and identify and implement environmental legislation requirements.
Safety is our top priority. The aim is to prevent industrial accidents by minimising risks, continuously instructing employees and providing the necessary PPE. At the same time, occupational safety serves to maintain our infrastructure - in particular fire protection and regular safety inspections (e.g. DGUV 3, UVV) ensure that the locations and equipment we need to implement our processes can be used safely and permanently.
Energy management enables us to consistently analyse and improve the energy-related performance in our company and includes in particular energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption. It ensures that we plan our energy-related activities, constantly monitor, regularly evaluate and, if necessary, adjust them. The aim is to constantly improve our energy-related performance and to demonstrate the conformity of our activities with our energy policy to external third parties - for example, in the context of appropriate official application procedures.
DIN member (Deutsches Institut für Normung e.V.) since 05/06/2013. With its membership in DIN, MAHA assumes the self-administrative role of all economic players in standardization. For an internationally operating company, standards are an important criterion for assessing the potential for a partnership with a supplier etc. and for ensuring compatibility and quality for customers.
