The MAHA SERVICE CENTER consolidates all of the MAHA Group’s services under one roof. It incorporates the Customer Service, Training / Hotline, Spare Parts Handling and Warranty Handling divisions.
Your service requests are processed centrally in the SERVICE DESK via all communication channels. The ticket system records your information and forwards it to the relevant contact person.
Alternatively, you also have the option of creating a ticket yourself.
In our global service network, we offer our customers a consistent level of service and quick spare parts delivery.
Our service technicians and authorised partners are trained and certified in professional training courses. The hotline offers quick help and short-term support from our experts to users or service technicians.
Our customer service delivers your MAHA products, assembles the systems, and of course instructs operators on the use of the product on site.
Certified service technicians also carry out calibrations according to DAkkS.
Maintenance and repairs are part of our classic after-sales competencies.
Our warranty department processes your warranty claims and works towards quality assurance.
From our headquarters in the Allgäu, bases are planned and managed, thus optimally coordinating customer trips to us.
My team of employees lives the service philosophy and is committed to your service requests on a daily level, our competence makes us your point of contact for our MAHA products.
