Expandable Lifting System
Each MCL B model can be configured as a set of 2, 4, 6 or 8 columns, depending on your application. 8 mobile columns (MCL 18-8 B) is capable of lifting up to 144,000 pounds.
Solid Steel H-Beam Column
Hot rolled in the steel mill, our solid, robust, steel-structured column is the only heavy duty lift whose main support column is built with a solid H-beam. Unlike other manufacturers who form and/or weld their columns, our H-beam column guarantees no welding seams, therefore increasing rigidity by eliminating any risk of weak points or mechanical failures.
Space Efficient Lifting System
Unlike other bulky lifts, our design is efficient and sleek, and easily stores in a small area.
The most compact and easy to use heavy duty wireless mobile column lifts in the industry, weighing significantly less than other heavy duty lifts on the market. Our compact design also technicians more space to work around the columns.
User Friendly Communication
Each wireless column features a user friendly wireless LED communication panel with the ability to communicate with up to 10 different frequency channels, allowing operation of multiple sets in the same area. Unlike other wireless heavy duty service lifts, our dependable channel hopping feature eliminates any interference problems caused by other radio systems.
The control panel is simple to operate, no master column is required, giving users the flexibility to operate up to 8 columns from any column, in any order; independently, in groups or collectively.
Auto: all columns work in unison
- Single: operate one column at a time and access single quadrants
- Group Mode: allows users to move any number of columns together
Heavy Duty Rechargeable Batteries
Powered by long-lasting heavy duty batteries, our wireless mobile column lift will operate nearly anywhere, regardless of power supply. The only 48 volt system in the industry, our wireless lifts supply a longer battery life.
The batteries easily charge with a simple 110V connection. And our wireless mobile column lift allows users the greatest number of lifting cycles in the industry—25 cycles at 100% capacity and 45 cycles at 50% capacity-- increasing technician productivity and revenue. Our batteries are batteries are hassle free, conveniently available at local, reputable retailers.
Our wireless mobile column lift reigns supreme; it is the only wireless heavy duty lift operated with the power of a low friction, surface hardened stainless steel ball-screw supported in a hanging bearing. For decades, the ball-screw has been trusted by aircraft and missiles industries simply because this technology has proved to be the most reliable for high mechanical efficiency.
Unlike any other wireless heavy duty lift, our MCL B promises virtually maintenance-free and trouble-free service. With no energy loss caused by friction or heat, our high quality ball-screw design allows our lifts to operate with over 90 percent efficiency, making our American made mobile lift the most advanced of its kind. We’re so confident in the quality; we offer the longest warranty in the industry, a full 5 years!
Virtually Maintenance Free
Unlike complex hydraulic lifts; the ball-screw’s splash-proof and dirt repellent design, promises minimal mechanical wear, less maintenance and constant performance throughout the life of the lift. There is absolutely no risk of fluid leaks, synchronization dilemmas and liquid recirculation. With the assurance of the ball-screw, technicians never have to worry about climate factors affecting the operation of the lift. Our mobile column lift operates at full force under any temperature or climate constraints.
Redundant Safety System
Each MAHA USA column includes a wedge lock; the same safety locks used on elevators and industrial strength brakes. This superior back-up safety system prevents the lift from lowering in an unlikely event of a system failure.
The Primary System holds raised vehicles in place by heavy duty industrial brakes that engage automatically when the lift stops at ANY height. The Redundant Safety System’s wedge locks prevent the lifts from lowering in the unlikely event of a primary system failure. The locks are independent of the lifting mechanism, and engage directly with the columns. Their stand-by roles keep them in like-new condition throughout the life of the lift.
The Primary System keeps vehicles level during lifting and lowering due to the uniform speed of the column’s mechanical drive. The Redundant Safety System has electronic controls to monitor the lift and make minor corrections if an out-of-level condition should occur. If leveling cannot be restored, the lift system shuts down.
Independent Locking Devices
Multi level safety systems include a user defined emergency stop button, manual emergency lowering controls and automatic shut-off if lift comes into contact with an unforeseen obstacle.
- Long Fork Carriage: For wider double tires and super single drive axle tires. Also suited for military floatation-type tires.
Universal Carriage: Adjustable wheel forks for any wheel size. Optional flat forks are the optimum solution for raising forklifts and rail vehicles by the frame.
Testing and Quality Control
Trained and certified assembly experts safeguard our high quality standards, guaranteeing 100% quality control testing, including full load tests under full capacity before any mobile column lift is shipped. No exceptions, ever!
Return on Investment
MAHA USA Mobile Column Lifts allow technicians to improve daily work efficiency, resulting in increased revenue. Studies have shown the cost of a set of Mobile Column Lifts can be recovered in as little as 5-6 months and generate as much as $50,000 in additional revenue!
